Why Imaging..

What a wonderful news to have my friends helping me campaigning for this new label. This is a big happiness for me working with the dynamic duo, The Sumampow Couple.

I love the photography by Yano Sumampow, first encounter with him is few years ago at a hospital when our friends having their baby. He was coming with his beautiful wife, Josephine Milka Sumampow.. Voila, it's a chemistry. After that meeting, we met several times and having our wedding project with their proffesional touch. I love the dramatic ambiance that Yano always have in all his works, love the detail and captures. He work with his fun-team such as Merdi Uriko for our wedding projects, and It's amazing. A lot of people give us compliments for what they've been doing. But I haven't got the chance to work with Milka. Then I think, Someday....

After few years and I begin this Mademoiselle Yang project. I told Milka that I will make a trunk show at a friends place (I forgot why and where me met that day). So she offer me to make campaign together for Mademoiselle Yang.. Terrific...

So at last I worked with these dynamic duo. Milka help me styling all the outfits and Yano bring the images comes alive. He make the Romantic Mellow Mood to my outfits and when you see his pictures, you can feel the story about this lady in cheongsam.

Hello Mademoiselle...

It's almost a year that I start my new label, and it's growing and growing.

I build this cheongsam and gown ready to wear for my own label. At last. After few years working for other labels, building something for yourself is feeling all right.

I take Mademoiselle Yang name from my family name "Yang". As Mademoiselle means Miss, I want the women who wears my design is the one who want to feel young and energetic and have a vibrant spirit.

At first I start slowly because I still have to find the right team to do this job, such as the right pattern-er, sewer, and productions. Not to be forgot, that I need branding machine and management skills to manage this project. Well, let's start it slowly but sure.

When I make this label, I also joined APPMI (Asosiasi Pengusaha Perancang Muda Indonesia) Bali or you named it as Indonesian Designer Association. This is also my other stepping stone because I will learn together with other designer especially about building my concept and business.

Cross my fingers and pray for it..
